1. Study Room

Study room facility is available to students from Morning 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Separate riding room facility is available for faculty members.  (Capacity 48 Student one time ) 

2. Teacher Reading Room

Teacher room facility is available to Teacher & M Phil , Ph. D students from Morning 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Separate Teacher room facility is available for faculty members.  (Capacity 10 one time ) 

3. Open Access

Open access facility to staff Member PG students Ph. D. students and interested students has been given for effective use of library resources.

4. Circulation facility

Each student is allowed to take one book for one week and teaching staff is allowed to take 30 Books for one year. Book for competitive examinations such as MPSC, UPSC, MH-CET, MBA-CET, SET & NET are also issued on the identity cards for reading in the Library. 

5. Internet Facility

The free of cost Broad Band internet facility is available for Students and facility Members in the Library. 

6. INFLIBNET N-LIST 

Library has been subscribed INFLIBNET N-LIST Programme in which library readers have access to e-resources i.e. 1,99,500+ e-books and 6000+ e- journals.  Separate passwords are generated by N-LIST for every faculty member at the time of registration in N-LIST programme.

7. Syllabus and Old Question Papers

Syllabus and Old Question Papers of previous examination Shivaji University Kolhapur are made available to faculty members and students.

8. Learn and Earn Scheme  

Under the Learn and earn Scheme for Poor Students Dily two hours works in library  they  paid Rs 20/- 1 hours.  They do the work of sticking, data entry stickers attaching books etc.

9. Inter Library Loan (ILL) Facility

On the basis of inter library loan facility, the library borrows the books from other libraries and issue required books to other libraries for a limited period of time.

10. Meritorious Book Bank Scheme

Library has started Meritorious Book Bank Scheme for meritorious students for the purpose of motivation to students to use reference books

11. Library Computerization 

Library is using ACE Library Management software (ILMS)

12. New Arrivals

New purchased books and new subscribed periodicals are dispayed on Display Board for seven Days.

13.  OPAC Facility

ACE Library Management software (ILMS) is providing Online public Access Catalogue (OPAC) to library readers to search book as per title, author, Subject etc.
